PERMANENT PART-TIME PROPERTY MANAGER - BAYSIDE LOCATION

We are looking for a highly motivated, self-driven and meticulous Property Manager with a minimum 2 years' experience (preferred) to join our supportive and vibrant team on a part time basis.

The role would entail but not be limited to:

Management of a small residential portfolio
Assisting Senior Property Managers with condition reports
Assisting Senior Property Managers with routine inspections
Relieving other portfolios when Property Managers are on leave

Part Time Position Requirements:

RP Office experience preferable
Saturday open for inspections - only when required
Remuneration based on experience

You must have a positive attitude and be able to operate in an effective, friendly and professional manner.
