Your new role
With all marketing resources provided, you will be expected to leverage off existing relationships and create your own by networking with new clients on a daily basis.

• Prospect using database/strong marketing
• Manage the sale process through to settlement
• Liaise with all stakeholders incl solicitors, vendors and purchasers
• Conduct open homes
• Coordinate marketing with internal marketing resource

What you'll need to succeed
The successful candidate will be self-motivated, results-driven and have a strong passion for property. This company is also looking for the following;

• A proven sales track record
• 2+ years experience in a sales consultant role
• Brilliant verbal and written communication skills
• Certificate of Registration
