The Opportunity

We are seeking an Assistant Development Manager to join our busy development team as we embark on a new and exciting CBD based hospitality development.  Reporting to the Development Director you will be an integral member of the busy team providing support throughout the planning, feasibility and delivery of a hospitality development, as well as assisting in managing current assets.

Key Skills Set and Attributes:

  • Strong administration skills and proficient in MS Excel & MS Project
  • Ability to manage and co-ordinate multiple stakeholders
  • Experience working in a high pace environment
  • Hands on approach
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and communication

Key Responsibilities include, but not limited to:

  • Assist in managing current assets
  • Co-ordination of sales & marketing activities
  • Assist in project design meetings and development actions
  • Assist in feasibility, budgets, financial control and forecasting
  • Assisting in preparation of contracts, legal documentation and liaise with legal consultants
  • Assist in managing relationships with external consultants
  • Lead the procurement activities as directed by Development Manager
  • Establish and manage internal & external stakeholder relationships

Your salary will be negotiated dependent on experience.
