Providing a high level service that is above & beyond to their high profile clients, this is an exciting Junior Property Manager opportunity for a crucial individual to hit the ground running within a highly qualified team. With plenty of support, structure and systems to help scope your career to its full capacity. You will be responsible for:

• Supporting a Fantastic Department head
• Handling & addressing rental enquiries via email and phone
• Conducting open homes and open for inspections
• Routine inspections & Saturday work
• Repairs & Maintenance
• Prepare properties for online advertising
• Preparing leases and lease packs
• Ad hoc administration duties

  
Skills and Experience:

• A current certificate of Registration & driver’s license is essential
• High level of professionalism
• Commitment to superior customer service
• Exceptional communication skills both written and verbal
• High level of customer service and excellent rapport building skills
• A great team player!
