Duties / responsibilities
- Arranging and conducting private buyer inspections
- Conducting pre-settlement inspections and valuations
- Attending weekly sales meetings & training sessions
- Conducting open homes throughout mid-week and Saturdays
- Compiling vendor reports and listing packs to advise clients
- Telephone prospecting to arrange property appraisals
- Managing email and telephone property enquiries
Skills / Experience:
- Have at least 12-months experience in the Real Estate industry and be presently selling.
- Must be hardworking, organised and enthusiastic individual
- Be able to phone prospect and chase down leads at every opportunity
- Be presentable and professional at every moment
- Have excellent communication and customer service skills
- Have a current drivers licence and up-to-date Certificate of Registration
