Your new role
As the Development Manager you will be responsible for continuing “the” strategy, management of budgets, an aspect of design and planning, engaging with the marketing, WHS, sales teams and council, providing direction to the Assistant DM and office support, overall management of processes and a large aspect of reporting and financials including reviewing expenditure, reporting on financial metrics plus much more. This role largely involves stakeholder engagement, compliance and record-keeping.
What you'll need to succeed
The successful candidate will have a background in either finance or law, a tertiary construction or property related degree with 6-8 years relevant experience or a degree in any of the following; quantity surveying, construction management, architecture, interior design or property law. You will have ambition, leadership and teamwork, great communication, professionalism and experience in medium - large land development is a bonus! Do you have any proven experience in dealing with cash flow, knowledge of planning and being an all-round team player? This role could be for you.
