Experienced full-time property manager required in our Gisborne office.
Must have current agents representative certificate
Be able to work under busy conditions
Outstanding communication and organisational skills
Have experience in listing properties
Clear knowledge of the Residential Tenancies Act
Experience of Console would be an advantage
Some Saturday work required
