Century 21 has an exciting opportunity to join a global brand in the role of Business Trainer & Support for QLD and New Zealand. The successful applicant will be responsible for the training delivery and coaching of Century 21's CRM systems, Social Media and Digital Marketing as directed by the State Manager and the Training Manager. Previous training experience and use of Social Media from a business perspective will be highly regarded.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:
To encourage, coach and educate Century 21 franchisees and their teams to use all Century 21 products and services as well as social media as an integral part of their marketing strategy. Administration is also a key element to this role.
WE ARE LOOKING FOR SOMEONE WHO IS:

- Passionate about social media and has experience in using it for business purposes
- Confident public speaker/trainer
- Quick learner who is adaptable to change
- Proficient in time management
- Professional in appearance
- Willing to travel interstate and internationally as required

- A team player who can also work autonomously
- Able to present in a classroom environment
This role will involve the daily use of your own car to visit offices and some overnight travel will be involved.
