The Company

A large owner of high quality office & industrial property in Sydney CBD and North Sydney markets. A business that operates on a fully integrated management basis, with an experienced team of GM's, Senior Property Managers, Property Managers and Assistant Property Managers overseeing the delivery of a seamless service to the investment management group.

The Opportunity

An opportunity exists for Property Manager. This role will report directly to the regional general manager and offer a fantastic career opportunity to build on existing knowledge of property services of office & industrial assets and progress your property management career. Considerable focus is required to implement the asset strategy and monitor ongoing performance outcome across income, expenses, leasing and maintaining high level stakeholder management.

Key responsibilities will include;
  • Deliver the full suite of Property Management functions for the assigned properties.
  • Create and maintain strong relationships with customers and implement effective customer management plans so that optimal relationships drive customer retention
  • Prepare the annual budget (income, expense and capital expenditure), in line with the asset strategy for approval
  • Co-ordinate tenancy fitouts and make good obligations
  • Complete new lease negotiations and lease renewal negotiations in collaboration with the General Manager including co-ordination preparation, negotiation and execution of lease documentation
  • Oversee and ensure all contacts, insurances and lease securities are kept up to date for the properties.
The Candidate

You will be tertiary qualified in property, valuation, or similar. Alternatively, you may be qualified by experience in an assistant property management role across good quality office or industrial property.

It is likely you may be working in a property agency or another property owner, seeking to work with a progressive organisation who are renowned for developing their talent with strong career development plans in place.
