With a reputation as one of the Eastern Suburbs leading real estate agents, this is an opportunity for an Executive Assistant to be the backbone to a high performing Director that is an expert across the entire property spectrum. Operating out of stunning offices, amongst a hub of cafes and busy retail and lifestyle precincts, this is an agency that offers nothing but accountable results for their high end clientele.
  
The Role:
Monday – Friday, This is a fast paced role supporting the most dynamic Director with over a decade of experience and the title of the biggest selling team. As a "go to" person, this role will see you utilise your administration, time management and organisational skills. On a daily basis, your duties will include:
  
  • Diary, e-mail and appointment management for a Director
  • Preparing correspondence for offers/acceptance and exchanges
  • Communication with solicitors during the sales process
  • Liaising with the marketing team
  • Coordinating photo shoots, floor plans, marketing material and agent branding
  • Prepare and attend proposals, presentations and auctions
  • Drafting and managing internal and external communication
  • Manage the exchanges and settlements process
  • Ad hoc projects and tasks as required
  
The Candidate
  • Have a strong administration background in Real Estate
  • A Current Certificate of Registration
  • Ability to manage a high volume work load – you will be working across approximately 10 + listings per month
  • Provide a high stand of customer service
  • Strong communication skills (both written and verbal)
  • Ability to work autonomously & part of a team
