Our Integrated Facilities Management (IFM) services business line works with some of the world's leading organisations to provide them onsite Facility Management solutions.

We manage concierge through to cleaning services, as well as reactive & preventative maintenance, engineering & safety. We also look at their leasing & property requirements. IFM can also analyse and offer solutions on how to decrease their environmental footprint.

What this job involves

JLL has a fantastic opportunity for an experienced & enthusiastic Assistant Facilities Management professional to join the team.  Working on this well-known account, the major focus of your role will be to assist the Facilities Manager to provide comprehensive facilities, contract and contractor management services with a focus on client and stakeholder engagement and continuous improvement.

Your primary responsibilities will include but are not limited to

  • Technical and facilities’ operations, ensuring all Critical Environment requirements are met
  • Ensure the JLL Operational Risk Management program is implemented and maintained.
  • Build and develop effective client/stakeholder relationships across multiple levels of the organisation
  • Ensure vendors are well-managed, delivering services on time and within budget
  • Review project works to ensure suitability of works within the office space
  • Actively encourage an environment that supports teamwork, cooperation, performance excellence and personal success.

Sound like you?  This is what we’re looking for:

You will possess experience in a similar role and have exceptional communication, customer service, technical and problem-solving skills.  You’ll have a thorough understanding of technical aspects of property (Computer Room Air-conditioning, Chiller system, Fire Protection system, Mechanical & Electrical system, BMS system.

Ideally, you will have a trade background or hold an engineering degree/qualification. A proficient level of PC literacy is a must

Please note this is a 12 Month Fixed term contract
