The Agency

Our client is renowned Australia wide for having some of the best training, mentors, systems and procedures in place which has seen them produce some of the MOST successful agents across the East Coast of Australia. With increasing market presence in Newcastle due to an extremely strong reputation, this agency is looking for an existing Sales Agent who wants to further their career and align themselves with a brand which can help them do so. They want to offer full guidance and support to the right Sales Agent and help guide them to becoming the best agent they can be. 


Your New Role

Working within a top Tier One brand, you will have to opportunity to work into a role where the agency and brand have incredible traction in the market where you will be responsible for generating listings and sales. With full support from the directors and team, you will join an agency which is proud to help build successful agents!


Your responsibilities will include

Negotiating
Marketing  
Listing and selling properties
Conducting open for inspections
Managing the sales campaign for private sales or auctions
Communicating with vendors throughout the campaign
Liaising with internal support staff 


A bit about you

A proven track record in Real Estate sales 
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Negotiation skills
HUNGER!
Certificate of Registration or licence is a MUST
Drivers licence
Knowledge about market trends
