We are offering an opportunity to join our established team to help our happy clients in the heart of Kangaroo Point.
We require an enthusiastic person whom has a passion for residential real estate and would like to start or further their career in property management.
As a successful applicant you will have:
- Strong communication skills
- Good listening and learning skills
- Exceptional attention to detail
- A fun positive attitude and confidence
- Ability to demonstrate a high level of customer service
- Excellent presentation
- Good time management skills and an ability to prioritise
- A current Queensland Certificate of Registration
- Previous real estate experience advantageous but not essential
- A current Queensland Drivers License and Motor Vehicle
Your day to day duties will involve all aspects of property management.
You will be supported and trained by highly experienced people with training provided by the other property managers, plus ongoing training is available from Living Here corporate (part of the Ray White Group).
The working environment is extremely enjoyable in a cafe precinct. The office is very team orientated and provide support and coaching to encourage growth within your role.
