Job description:
  
Our client is a well know Commercial agency based in the CBD. They focus on all Commercial aspects in the higher end with high end corporate clients. They are seeking an Assistant Asset Manager to join their team and gown within their organisation. This is an amazing opportunity for a Residential candidate to leap into Commercial Real Estate.
  
Duties of role:

• Landlord & Tenant communication/management
• Calculating Annual budgets
• Coordinating maintenance requests and repairs
• Essential Safety Measures
• Rent reviews
• Trust Accounting duties
• Reception - Answering and directing phone calls (when needed)
• Data entry (when needed)
• General office management

  
  
For this role:

• Previously experience in Real Estate
• Previously experience in Trust Accounting
• Amazing computer skills – RP Office software experience (ideally)
• Strong communication skills – Being able to liaise with clients & contractors
• Ability to work autonomously and part of a team
• Well organised with great work ethic
• Amazing time management skills is a must!
• Be able to identify issues, problem sole and look for solutions
• High degree of attention to detail
