Your new role
The Retail Facilities Manager is accountable for being the primary contact for technical and maintenance advice across a portfolio of retail centres. It includes building and maintaining solid relationships with the client, tenants and tenant representatives. Essential services management including air conditioning, lifts and fire safety and ensure timely delivery of compliance, risk and sustainability targets and KPIs.
What you'll need to succeed
Facilities Management experience in the retail property commerce is important, with the capability to operate with a high level of autonomy in managing the day to day operations. Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, with demonstrated experience in developing and maintaining strong relationships while on the job.
