The Position
As a Senior Property Manager you will be fully supported with full leasing, accounts, BDM and admin support! Our client is looking for an experienced Senior Property Manager to manage one of their high end executive portfolio’s with experienced staff. You will be working in a POD structure mentoring a Property Manager and a Leasing Consultant. In order to be successful for this position you must have previous experience with below
- Managing a portfolio in a POD structure properties
- Building strong relationships with the landlords and tenants
- Controlling repairs and maintenance requests, arrears and tribunals
- Negotiating leases and rent reviews
- Supporting and mentoring staff
- Servicing and expanding the rent roll
- Business development and rapport building
The Person
- Previous experience in a Property Manager role
- Strong customer service skills
- Highly organised with great attention to details
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Current Certificate of Registration or Agent Licence
- Owns a reliable car
- A can do attitude
- Excellent presentation & grooming
