Duties & responsibilities:
- Nurture existing client relationships
- Maintain strong communication with both landlords and tenants
- Routine inspections, in-goings and vacates
- Arrears management and minimisation
- Repairs and maintenance
- Tenant selection
- Tribunal preparation
- Participate in team training and development
Skills & experience:
- Maximum 2 years experience in a similar role
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills
- Demonstrate excellent organisational skills
- Positive can-do attitude with long term career goals
- Current Real Estate License
- Rest Professional experience preferred
- Own well maintained vehicle essential
