Successful and driven sales division with current stock and strong pipeline of future projects coming in 2018 in Melbourne's leading suburbs.
Working alongside developers and agency directors, you as the Sales Executive will be focused on off the plan sales of apartments and townhouses ensuring quick sell through of current and future projects.
Unlimited potential exists for a proven performer to earn a significant income.
Ongoing training and support will be provided.
Your key responsibilities as a Sales Executive include:
- Taking enquiries
- Setting up & conducting appointments at display suites
- Closing sales
- Attend site inspections & project briefings
- Sourcing new business
- Maintaining database
- Lead generation
Skills and experience required for the role:
- Victorian Agents Representative Certificate
- 3+ years experience in established and off the plan residential sales
- Strong drive and commitment with a burning desire to succeed
- Well presented and spoken
- Energetic demeanour and positive attitude
You also must have own car and current drivers licence.
