Utilise your property negotiation skills with a major client who are seeking a property and leasing executive on a 6 month contract with likely extension for the right candidate.


The company


Based in the Northen suburbs of Sydney, this is an international telecommunications company who are very forward thinking and focused on career development. The role will be working with network property managers and the lease renewal project team. Parking is also available.


The role


Reporting to the Manager of property network programs you will be required to deliver renewed tenure, renegotiate terms and agreements, and manage new terms, essentially reducing OPEX and rent reductions. You will provide advice to the legal team ensuring documents are met within a timeframe.


Requirements
 

• Skilled in negotiation and dispute resolution within property terms and agreements

 

• Tertiary qualifications in a property related field

 

• Strong experience in a corporate, property related environment

 

• Ability to demonstrate skills working with a major client in property involving complex cases
