Ray White Geelong are currently searching for an experienced and dynamic Property Manager to join our friendly and professional team.  Your main focus will be to manage your portfolio efficiently and to ensure customer satisfaction is achieved to a high standard.

Duties / responsibilities

• Managing property maintenance
• Ingoing and outgoing inspections
• Follow up of rental arrears
• Tenant/Landlord communication
• Preparing for and attending VCAT cases
• Management of data entry for all properties managed by you
• Keeping up to date and practice current Property Management legislation
• Regular communication with landlords and tenants
• Attending to the day to day activities of managing a property portfolio

Skills / Experience:

• Victorian Agent's Representative Certificate
• Excellent personal presentation 
• Exceptional time management skills
• Strong communication skills both written and verbal
• Customer service focused
• Highly motivated, punctual, reliable and honest
• Disciplined to follow procedures and process
• Ability to build rapport with clients
• Experience working with a range of IT & software platforms
• Current driver's licence and own car
