 SENIOR PROPERTY MANAGER - ESSENDON AREA

Located in the inner northern/north-western suburbs this senior property management position is best suited to an experienced property manager who is looking to take the next step into a senior role, or someone who is looking for a more structured office to progress their career.

With over 40 years of operation, this established boutique agency capps all portfolios at around 160 properties, to prevent Property Managers "burning out" and ensuring good reliable service to their landlords. With a structured office, good staff longevity & a supportive, caring department manager, this is one of the best kept teams in Property Management. 

You will be managing a clean portfolio of currently 155 high end properties mostly organically grown over this agency's history. The portfolio is mostly townhouses/houses in Essendon, Moonee Ponds & Strathmore, based locally to the office.

The Details;

• $70,000 + Super + Phone + Leasing & New Business Comms
  Portfolio of 155 Properties
• Monday to Friday 9:00am to 5:00pm with Saturdays 1/month 9:00am to 1:00pm
• Boutique Client - Deal with million $$ properties
• Free Local Parking on Site
• Essendon Location
