Description
This role will provide valuation service to clients, including but not limited to:
- Undertake valuations of various property types
- Undertake valuations of different portfolios for financial reporting, disposals, acquisitions and general advisory
- Develop commercial opportunities through business development within the ACT market
- Ensure systems are updated regular with relevant client information
Profile
The successful applicant will have experience within a professional organisation within commercial property valuing as well as be a Certified Practising Valuer (CPV). You will also require certificate of compliance and risk manage and ideally API membership. Overseas application with CPV accreditation are welcomed to apply and visa sponsor can be provided to successful applicants.
