About the role
The primary purpose of this role is to support the Capital Transactions team by applying complex real estate financial modelling and analysis towards the development of real estate and capital transactions advice.
This role will also be responsible for maintaining and improving real estate financial modelling frameworks based on industry standard software as well as the management of external suppliers to deliver specialist capital transaction and real estate research or advice.
This role will require collaboration with Growth Centre and Legal teams to analyse and evaluate proposed transactions and provide advice/guidance to ensure robust planning and evidence-based decision making.
The Capital Transaction Analyst will report to Director Real Estate & Capital Transactions.
