10 X Strata Managers NEEDED

  
Back in the 1980’s, Strata was not a common term nor a common job. Our clients are innovators that saw the “need” in a dynamic and emerging strata industry.  Across Sydney, our clients are seeking Strata Managers to join their successful teams! 
  
The Role

We are looking  strong candidates to build and grow this strong portfolio. With full support of a great Portfolio, your role consists of: 

• Liaising with Owners Corporation as required
• Portoilfio size based on your experience 
• Arrange quotations and repairs and maintenance for works required
• Prepare agendas and minutes for meeting
• Prepare budgets for presentations to AGMs
• Convene and conduct meetings
• Periodic inspections
• One meeting per week
• No Accounts & lots of administration support will be provided

The Candidate

• Previous Experience in Strata Management
• Excellent Communication Skills both written and verbal
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to multi task
• Have a high level of computer skills
• The ability to fit into a bright & bubbly team.
• Maturity, strong communication skills and team player
