You will have your Agent's Representative license, current driver’s license and reliable vehicle. You will have great communication, excellent customer service skills and be well presented. The ability to work autonomously as well as part of a team, demonstrate strong interpersonal skills and exhibit well developed written and verbal communication skills. Other requirements are excellent time management skills, a high level of computer literacy and a professional manner and appearance.
Your role will involve a range of tasks including – looking after a portfolio of 90 properties, handling tenant enquiries, conducting inspections, preparing leasing documentation, arranging maintenance, liaising with tenants and general administration.
As the successful candidate you can expect a competitive salary package including a car and phone allowance as well as onsite car parking.
Console knowledge would be an advantage.
