Our client is mid-sized privately owned Australian company who are development managers, asset manager and fund managers with an extensive pipeline of projects. Reporting into the Development Director, this Senior Development Manager opportunity will have an immediate focus on a large scale complex commercial mixed-use development with the future chance to broaden your experience in similar landmark projects.
  
What you will look like :

• You will have 8+ years local experience in Senior Development Management working for a Property Developer
• You will need strong experience across any of the following: Commercial, Retail Shopping Centre, Hotel/Serviced Apartment projects
• An understanding of construction will be viewed favourably
• A strong understanding of the Melbourne property market is imperative
• You will have extensive experience across the full life cycle of developments especially in complex feasibilities and obtaining permits
• You will be comfortable in an autonomous role with accountability.
