As you are the first point of contact for all clients and visitors, you will be responsible for portraying the professional first impressions of our office.

The role consists of the following:
_working in a friendly environment
- Greeting clients, attending to their queries
- Answering phones and taking messages in a busy envirement
- Prioritise and direct calls to appropriate staff in a timely manner
- Fielding and redirecting emails to appropriate parties
- Typing letters, reports, and lease preparation
- Updating internet real estate listings and lists
_Attending Rental and property management queries
- Photocopying, faxing, scanning, filing
- Organising couriers and mail outs
- Preparing marketing material and flyers
- Chasing up arrears and receipting rents
- Processing payments and general administration duties
- Providing support for the Sales & Management team and plenty more!!
The position is full time working 5 DAYS from Monday to Friday,8.30am to 5.15 pm, and Saturdays 8.30 to 3pm with day of during week starting as soon as possible, must have experience.
