Action Realtors are changing the face of real estate in South East Queensland and are now on the lookout for new faces to join their expanding team. They are looking for vibrant and energetic agents looking to take the next step in their real estate sales career. This is your opportunity to start working for yourself under the Action Realtors umbrella.
 
Daily, you will be responsible for generating new sales leads, following up on inbound leads provided to you by the Action Realtors team and working to identify any potential sales opportunities. You will not be afraid to engage in outbound sales techniques such as cold calling and networking opportunities. If you have your own database of clients to tap into plus a high level of professionalism then you will be highly regarded.

It goes without saying that you will be known for your:
 
• Proven ability to build and maintain strong working relationships
• Proven ability to provide quality customer service outcomes
• Ability to work by yourself in a self managed role
• Ability to demonstrate initiative in finding innovative and inventive ways to find good prospects and get  deals done
 
To be successful as part of this team you will:
 
• Be keen to achieve your own set sales targets
• Be able to work as part of a team
• Have the ability to quickly learn and understand what is required of you
• Need a level of mental acuity to be able to shift between different focuses across each day
 
It goes without saying that you are already registered as a real estate sales agent and hold a sales certificate or full licence.
 
This role is perfect if you’re an experienced sales team member looking to take the next step in your real estate career, and you want the independence of working for yourself.  You will need to be a dynamic Sales Agent who is flexible in your approach to achieving results, and is not afraid to learn new sales techniques, or to work remotely and autonomously.  This is a commission only role, so for those high achievers you will be soaring in no time.
