Development Manager

This successful Property Development Company is looking for a Development Manager to join their Melbourne based team working on various projects with a strong pipeline of work to come in Mixed-use Residential. They are happy to consider an experienced ADM to step up, however must have the experience to do so.

Role Responsibilities

Managing a number of Multi-res projects
Attend all government, stakeholder and relative meetings;
Ensure the project is delivered in a timely and costly manner;
Attend all design meetings, whilst having a strong input;
Work closely with the Managing Director

Role Requirements

Relative tertiary qualification OR construction background desired (or industry experience to match);
The ability to wear different hats and get involved in the whole business
Great communication skills with all levels of stakeholders;

Opportunity for huge growth with the business. Salary will be from $100K - 160K Depending on the candidate.
