About the Role
Body Corporate Management position, managing a portfolio of new business coming online. They are in need of someone with exceptional experience and stability in their work history, minimum 3 years experience is necessary. Based in Brisbane's south west location, parking will be provided onsite for the successful Manager. Salary on offer will be dependant on experience, although generous.  

Your key duties and responsibilities will include:

• Managing a portfolio of mixed buildings, medium in size
• Preparation of meeting agendas & minutes
• Meeting attendance, including chairing AGM's
• Creating Work Orders and coordinating with contractors
• Budgeting
• Building and maintaining solid and positive client relationships

Certificate IV in Property Services is highly regarded.
