The role :

The Property Manager is responsible for the overall performance of the properties and maintaining beneficial working relationships with customers and key internal / external stakeholders. This property Manager will be working on a portfolio of 10 assets that are mostly industrial and the role has a possibility of becoming a permanent position. Based in our CBD head office.

Considerable focus is required to implement the asset strategy and monitor ongoing performance outcomes across income, expenses, leasing and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction. This is a broad ranging role with areas of responsibility including financial budgeting & reporting, leasing, customer focus initiatives, capital works, EH&S and overseeing operational management of the properties. This is an Industrial Property Manager role for an 11 month FTC.

 

The person:

  • Minimum 5 years’ proven experience in the management of office and/or industrial assets.
  • Experience with National clients preferred 
  • Demonstrated ability to manage key relationships at senior organisational levels.
  • Relevant tertiary qualifications are desired
