Your role 

 

This role represents a unique opportunity for a driven retail management professional to hit the ground running and join an outstanding team at our Wetherill Park Centre. As our Retail Manager, you will play a pivotal role in both building and maintaining retailer relationships, financial management and driving net operating income. In addition, you will also be tasked with assisting the Centre Management team in all aspects of running the Centre. Following the recent redevelopment at Wetherill Park, there simply could not be a better time to join the team, stretch your capability and grow your career to the next level. 

Some of your duties include:

 

  • Manage operational and capital expenditure budgets.
  • Prepare, manage and report site budgets for marketing, capex and opex.
  • Maintain effective debtor control and  tenancy delivery process
  • Coordinate and ensure effective delivery of subcontractor services
  • Develop strong relationships with all centre retailers, ensuring personal interaction occurs on a daily basis

 

 

About You 

 

You will be an ambitious, high achiever with prior Retail Management experience within the shopping centre environment. Bringing with you exceptional interpersonal and relationship building skills, you will be at ease liaising with retailers, contractors, customers and the wider team to ensure the continued success and growth of the Centre. You will have a strong background in financial management, debt control and budgeting. In addition, you will have a proven track record of thriving in a fast-paced and dynamic environment and not be afraid to think outside the box to drive new revenue streams into the centre.
