ABOUT THE COMPANY.
This firm is a reputable, well recognised Strata company who provide their services across Sydney. With their head office being based in Northern Sydney, they are currently seeking a Senior to join their team. They have grown significantly over the last few years, and are continuing to grow providing the platform for their staff to progress and further establish themselves in a senior/management position.
ABOUT THE ROLE.
In this role you will take ownership your portfolios day to day operations involved to ensure problematic concerns are dealt with smoothly. You will be expected to implement performance measures to secure and maintain these operations at all times. This position is being offered on a full time basis, ensuring longevity and security in your employment.
DUTIES.
- Review existing operations regularly to reduce cost
- Build relationships with tenant’s and management teams
- Overlook the day to day operations
- Monitor the property in all physical respects and ensure a safe and effective operation
- Previous experience managing a portfolio
- Strata License is advantageous
- Exceptional time management and the ability to prioritise appropriate tasks
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
