A rare and exciting opportunity has now become available for a bright, dynamic Leasing Consultant to join this powerhouse team!
Unlike a typical leasing consultant role within a real estate agency, this award-winning property developer retains they existing clients and manage their investments in-house, 90% of the portfolio is made up of existing clients. If you are looking to fast track your career and have the proven background and what it takes then this is the role for you.

The Position
Working alongside an exceptional team of Property Managers, your responsibilities in the fast-paced role of Leasing Consultant will include:

• Conduct open homes and ongoing inspections
• Liaise with tenants and landlords on a daily basis
• Prepare leasing agreements and bond documents
• Assist in processing rental applications
• Upload and market properties online
• General administrative support
• Conduct open for inspections
• Responsible for the end to end leasing process
• Process tenancy applications
• Respond to rental inquiries
• Coordinating advertising for rentals
• Updating relevant websites and rental lists
• Assist in growing the business
  
  To be considered you must demonstrate the following:
• Previous Real Estate property management experience 
• Proficient in mainstream software programs - software they use are: Property Tree, ADL
• Alternative working days. The roster requires some Saturdays, but not every.
• Current QLD Certificate of Registration
• A demonstrated track record in leasing as a performer
• High level of professionalism and presentation
• A focus on the customer and servicing
• High level of administrative ability and attention to detail
• Self-motivated, driven and pro-active
• Wanting to be a part of an up and coming company and highly respected brand
• A passion for what you do! 

The Perks
