Your new company
Our client, a well-known local construction company are looking for a Property Manager for their real estate division.
Your new role
In this role you will successfully manage a portfolio of properties where you will enjoy building and maintaining relationships with tenants, conduct routine inspections, negotiate lease renewals, prepare condition reports and respond to any maintenance requests. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Property Manager.
What you'll need to succeed
Successful candidates will need to have some previous property management experience and will ideally have their NT real estate licence. This is a permanent opportunity so you should have long term plans to be in Darwin.
