Unique opportunity due to current Property Manager's Promotion.
Our busy office requires an energetic friendly person to manage an exceptional, clean portfolio.
The successful applicant will have:
- Minimum 12 months experience with Registration
- Cert IV in Property or studying
- Customer centric focused, efficient with time and tasks, computer skills and must be a team-player
- You want to contribute to our fun and supportive work environment
- You have a current drivers license
- Option for 4 day week or flexible 5 day week
- You must be currently registered
This role incorporates all aspects of Property Management including but not limited to:
* All inspections (general, in-going & out-going)
* Tenant and Landlord Liaison
* Opening properties and screening prospective tenants
* Sourcing new business opportunities
* Arranging Maintenance
* Arranging rent reviews, lease renewals etc.
* General office duties
* Arrears control
