The Client

Progressive and established Real Estate agency servicing Sydney Eastern Suburbs requires a Trust Accountant to join their fresh and innovative team.  Renowned for providing intimate local knowledge and an outstanding level of customer service for the niche designer market of inner city migration; this is a fabulous opportunity to be a part of one of the best.

Working as part of a large innovative team you will be fundamental in the Accounts Department. 
 
The Role

Due to growth within their business, an opportunity has been created for an experienced Trust Accountant to join their team. This is an extremely important position within the company with some of your key responsibilities including:
 
Responsibilities 

• Trust accounting for large rent roll including residential properties
• Reconciliations for 1000+ properties
• Disbursements
• Pay Property Management bills
• End of Month statements
• Daily banking
• Maintaining REST database

• Understanding of trust laws and requirements

• Interpersonal/Customer service skills
• Written and verbal communication skills
• Time Management and organisational skills
• Computer Skills - REST, Excel, Word
• Data entry skills
