We are looking for a new member to join our team who understands how important it is to help people manage and rent residential property.
The Role
- Portfolio management
- Routine inspections, entries, and exits
- Maintenance and repairs
- Exposure to hands-on training, support and learning opportunities
- Support team consists of a Leasing Officer, Business Development Manager, Accounts Administrator & Receptionist
- Monday to Friday role
The Candidate
- 2-5 years Property Management experience
- Good communication and negotiation skills with the willingness and desire to expand on these skillsets
- Problem solver, independent thinker and always happy to help
- Honest, courageous, kind and caring team player
