Receptionist

Key duties and requirements include:

  • Meeting and greeting clients
  • Taking telephone calls
  • Typing Residential Tenancy Agreements and standard letters
  • Receipting rents through REST Professional
  • Ordering stationery and weekly groceries
  • Keeping the reception area and meeting rooms tidy
  • Compiling weekly reports
  • Booking of meeting rooms
  • Updating our window display
  • Maintaining a key register
  • Monitoring property and leasing email mailboxes
  • General administration assistance
