We're seeking a results driven Leasing & Business Development Consultant with a proven track record of meeting targets and KPIs.

If you're looking for a long term career in Real Estate and have a passion for sales then this is the role for you! 

WHAT WILL YOU DO? 

You will be working directly alongside a Property Management Team you will be responsible for leasing property and driving new business leads in the Waterloo & Zetland Areas

Specific responsibilities include:

  • Conducting Open Homes
  • Showing Apartments to Prospective Tenants
  • Organising property marketing for new leases
  • Securing tenants and negotiating rentals
  • Communicating with landlords on leasing issues
  • Actively prospecting for new landlords, including phone lead generation
  • Providing high-level, client-focused customer service to both landlords & tenants
