The Bailey team has been servicing the Singleton and Hunter region since 1896 and we are committed to providing an exceptionally high level of customer service. We are currently looking for a Full Time Property Manager who has a genuine desire to succeed and share in this commitment.
Responsibilities:
- Working within the Property Management Department.
- Repairs and Maintenance Management.
- Servicing Property Owners ensuring their properties are maintained and managed to an optimum level.
Skills:
- Current drivers licence.
- Outstanding customer service/client liaison skills and experience.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Proven ability to work unsupervised and be self-motivated.
- Highly organised with excellent time management skills.
- Confident problem solving and negotiation skills.
