Our top client in Melbourne's Inner Suburbs is looking for an:
Owners Corporation Manager

Handling mostly medium density developments, our client is huge on team culture, a healthy work-life balance and being up to date with events and legislation in property and owners corporation.
The Role:

No Weekends (Monday - Friday 9:00am to 5:00pm)
After hours PAID for AGMs
$70,000 - $90,000 + Super + Parking
Portfolio of <500 lots
Tier 1 Brand & Company (BIG Team)
Medium Density Buildings

The successful applicant will have:

Experience in Owners Corporation OR will consider experience in Facilities, Insurance, Property Management either commercial or residential
High Quality Administration Skills
Understanding of the Owners Corporation Act
The ability to Multi Task & Prioritise Your Work Load
