ABOUT THE COMPANY.
Our Client is a boutique and reputable agency, located in Sydney's Western Suburbs. Known for providing and maintaining a unique service and strong technical knowledge, they have been able to retain a strong list of tenants and clients. Due to their strong reputation, they are currently seeking a Property Manager with a keen desire to grow, to assist with their growing portfolio.
ABOUT THE ROLE.
As a Property Manager you will take ownership of the day to day operations involved to ensure problematic concerns are dealt with smoothly. You will be expected to implement performance measures to secure and maintain these operations at all times, and work closely with management teams where you will engage, liaise, and grow with your peers. This position is being offered on a full time basis, ensuring longevity and security in your employment.
DUTIES.
- Deliver professional Property Management services to a portfolio of clients
- Repairs and Maintenance
- Liaise with tenants, owners and contractors
- Arrears collections, lease renewals and lease negotiations
- Use of REST and Microsoft Office
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE.
- Previous experience as a Property Manager
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Current Certificate of Registration and a driver’s license
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
