This role promises amazing earning potential including a base salary of $60k. Working only Monday to Friday, Saturdays only for appointment! NO portfolio management!


Your day to day duties will include:

• Actively sourcing new business
• Meeting KPI'S 
• Working closely with the Property Managers and the Sales Team
• Data Base Management
• Compiling Prospecting Plans and Reporting
• Attending open for inspections and private inspections

The Candidate:

• Agents Representative Certificate
• Reliable car and a valid drivers license
• Exceptional organisational skills 
• Excellent time management skills
• Be a strong team player
• Be energetic and willing to work hard to see results
• Property Management Experience OR Sales Experience
