We currently have an opportunity for a recently qualified CPV in our rating division. Municipal valuation experience is preferred together with industry software knowledge. A high level of written and verbal communication skills is essential.
Property types you will be exposed to include residential (vacant land, development sites, houses, flats, units etc.), commercial (offices), retail (retail shops, shopping centres), industrial (factories and warehouses) and specialist property types (aged care, service stations, pubs and clubs, hotels etc.).
This is a full time permanent position.
