We are seeking another enthusiastic, self-motivated property manager who has excellent communication skills. You must be willing to adapt and learn the 'Habitat way' as its not just about renting properties - its managing peoples investments.

We are a small agency with our office situated in The Gardens. Plenty of off street parking so no driving around looking for a car space or buying parking tickets or getting booked!
Things that you must have:
* Professional and energetic attitude to work
* Ability to work unsupervised and show initiative
* Current Agents Rep license or willingness to achieve within 6 months or ability to transfer from interstate asap
* Computer and excellent administration skills
* A current drivers license and registered car
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - yes this job is a lot of talking on the phone - you must enjoy this and not just emails!
