The criteria for this role is for an entry level candidate that is prepared to work hard to establish the skills to support a top sales agent. To work in this elite team you need to be prepared to work on a Sunday with days off in the week, whilst this top agent works seven days a week they are not expecting you to do the same but you need to be prepared to fully support the team in every aspect. This will include, getting up early on a Saturday to put pointer boards out and collect them at the end of the day. Letterbox drops, door-knocking, calls to get potential listing appointments and attending Open For Inspections. This agent has earned their right to be top in their field, therefore, it is a great chance to see how it done and the hard work that gets you there.
