My client is a Sydney CBD based private development group that have a focus on affordable residential apartment developments across Sydney. With a strong reputation in such a competitive industry this group is building some strong foundations for accelerated growth in the coming 12-24 months. They take care of the entire process from acquisition, sales and marketing through to construction and final delivery for each project they develop.
The role:
The focus of this role will be to create and manage a brand identity that attracts consumers to their projects, staff to the business and investment from stakeholders. You will be incredibly hands on in creating and driving the marketing for various projects to drive sales, outcomes and brand awareness as well as manage the marketing for another subsidiary company.
- Brand/style guideline execution and management
- Design and manage marketing budgets and time lines
- Manage supplier relationships and rates with external suppliers
- Preparation of sales and marketing strategies
- Organise community events sponsor ships and PR opportunities
- Full Creative design and control across all marketing and events
- Preparation and graphic design of marketing collateral
- Design and distribution of EDM’s
- Creating digital marketing campaigns and digital strategy
- Coordination campaigns including project websites, and print campaigns
- Drive leads through digital marketing
- Coordination of photography, copy, 3D renders, scale models and floor plans
- Manage & coordinate sales launch events
Experience needed:
- A high level of creative ability to conceive and executive ideas
- Extensive knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite
- Marketing background within the Property industry
- Self-motivated and able to work autonomously
- Strong experience with social media platforms
- A flexible and adaptable attitude
- EDM programme experience and HTML understanding
