The role:

We have an opportunity for a Facilities Coordinator to work within a key client account based in Parramatta in Sydney. The Facilities Coordinator will be responsible for scheduling maintenance and ensuring our systems are updated accordingly. Through your strong organisational and administration skills, you will manage subcontractors and document maintenance progress.

Essentially you will be responsible for the following:

  • Be responsive  in actioning, delegating and managing all client maintenance requests;
  • Support and assist the Facilities Manager/Account Manager on daily tasks as required such as reviewing invoices;
  • Provide general administration support such as filing, faxing, photocopying, ordering and controlling stationery requirements and coordinating couriers;
  • Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, codes and standards;

Skills & Experience

  • Demonstrated experience within high volume administration or office management;
  • Knowledge or exposure to property/facilities management;
  • Demonstrated experience in preparing quotes and scopes of work for small upgrade works would be advantageous;
  • Proficiency in desktop applications such as Microsoft Word and Excel
