What this opportunity involves:

JLL is currently looking for an enthusiastic Facilities Coordinator to join one of our successful Integrated Facilities Management teams, working with our client who is one of the largest innovative global retail businesses.

But who is IFM? – well IFM drive productivity of our clients’ real estate portfolio by reducing costs, minimising risk and creating an outstanding employee experience! Services range from managing a corporation's energy consumption to negotiating lease expiry profiles across a portfolio, manning the front office to managing cleaning services, as well as reactive and preventative maintenance, engineering and safety, and paying the rent.

This is a dynamic team, and in this varied role, you’ll coordinate all aspects of building maintenance and essential services via contractor management as well as ensure optimum service delivery to our client!

Key responsibilities;

  • Provide financial administration support including raising purchase orders, processing and managing invoices, preparing reports
  • Coordinate facilities services: liaising with contractors, maintaining plans and assisting with inspection, overseeing access cards information
  • Assist with the implementation and ongoing management of the risk management programs, and complete all incident reports
  • Procurement and vendor management
  • Provide superior customer service to meet on-site client’s expectations, as well as general support to the Facilities team
  • Coordinate emergency repairs with external vendors, management, & purchasing

You’ll need to be able to think on-the-go and collaborate with multiple stakeholders. Confidence, agility and adaptability are key to being successful in this role!
